Gueuze Lambik

The bottled blend of old Lambik (beer of natural fermentation) with young Lambik. The latter still contains residual sugar, which allows the fermentation to continue and carbon dioxide to be created. Depending on the brewery, its taste can vary from slighlty sweet to sour. However, there is always a definite taste of wheat.
